Troubleshooting 1. Battery Stops Working If the battery's over-current protection is activated when the vacuum is overloaded or stuck by furniture, please turn off the vacuum power button and manually move it to the charger dock to reactivate the battery, and then turn on the power button.
- Battery only works for a few minutes To extend the working time, please clean the filter and remove any tangled hair in the brush.
If the vacuum has not been used for a long time, please fully charge it at least once a month or take out the battery to avoid battery starvation.
